Request account deletion
Open My Account → Delete My Account in the app. Enter your current password, confirm permanent deletion and press Delete. Success is shown only after the server confirms deletion.
How to request
Leave your table first, sign in and open the deletion screen. If you forgot your password, use password reset on the sign-in screen. If the connection is interrupted, verify the outcome by signing in again; closing the app does not delete the account.
Effect and scope
When deletion is completed, access to the account, profile and associated game data ends. Credits, points, hearts and virtual items may not be recoverable. After password verification, active account, profile, balance, points, ranking, reward and gift records are erased; user identity is removed from shared table records. Pending incoming gifts are refunded to the sender. Backups, security logs and support correspondence are not immediately erased by this action; see the retention explanation in the Privacy Policy.
Important distinction
Uninstalling does not delete the account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a store subscription; any future subscription must be managed separately in the store. No real subscriptions are currently sold.

Without the app, email a request to delete your Okey Extreme account and associated data from your registered address. Do not send passwords or verification codes. This link opens email, not automatic deletion. Support verifies identity and confirms the outcome.
