Collection and purposes
Data is collected electronically through account/profile forms, gameplay, authentication and support requests. The Privacy Policy explains account, game, balance, ranking and security purposes.
Legal grounds — review required
Contract formation/performance may support account and game services; necessary and balanced legitimate interests may support security; legal obligations and protection of rights apply where appropriate. The ground for each activity must be verified before release. Optional marketing or tracking requires separate permission where applicable; reading this notice is not consent.
Transfers
Supabase, hosting and external image services may involve international processing/transfers. Service regions, contracts and a suitable mechanism under Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698 have not yet been documented. This notice alone does not authorize transfers or provide consent.
Your rights
Under Article 11, rights include learning whether data is processed; requesting information, purposes and whether use matches those purposes; identifying recipients; requesting correction, deletion/destruction where conditions apply and notification to recipients; objecting to adverse results based exclusively on automated analysis; and seeking compensation for unlawful processing.
Requests
Contact support; statutory application procedures and identity checks apply. Properly submitted requests should generally be resolved within 30 days. Do not send unnecessary identity documents, passwords or payment details.
